Current Members: Select a payment type or call UMA at (801) 747-3500 x228 for payment assistance.

☐  Pay Dues Directly to UMA via Credit Card or ACH for either a single membership year and/or Enroll in Automatic Renewal.
          You will pay from your Profile page where you verify your information and select the PAY DUES NOW button.
