Only UMA members/staff will be approved for access to the member-only areas.
User agrees to keep information contained in the member-only area confidential.
User agrees not to share his/her user name and/or password with anyone.
User agrees not to use any of the information in the member-only area to solicit any other member for commercial or non-medical purposes (no SPAM, no junk mailings, etc.).
