Physicians, Patients Launch Medicare Petition Drive to Congress
UMA
has joined a grassroots coalition with the other 49 state medical societies
to launch a petition drive to gather one million signatures and share them with
Congress and the president. The goal is to compel Congress to fix the flawed
payment formula that threatens care for Utah’s Medicare recipients, including
senior citizens and people with disabilities, and military family
members covered by TRICARE.
UMA asks you to sign the electronic petition, and then print/photocopy the
Patient Flyer below to leave in your office so your patients will sign on, as
well.
