Residents & Fellows Section

The Resident & Fellows Section (RFS) is a component society composed entirely of members in a residency or fellowship program. The RFS is the voice of young physicians concerned about issues, and brings physicians of similar age and similar time in practice together to talk about what is important to them, discuss common medical/practice issues affecting their practice and patients. RFS members work to address various issues including health equity, work/life balance, income/reimbursement and administrative burdens, and communicate to the UMA leadership.

Join to have your voice heard, and strive for improving medical education, public health, diversity, leadership development, and advocating for the future of medicine.
